Assess.
We support organizations in developing and/or revising their mission and theory of action in alignment with equity values. We assist executives and board of directors with goals for diversity and inclusive representation. We assess the equity reach and/or impact of the standard operating procedures of organizations.

Our expertise in cultural and racial literacy, human development and neuroscience, supports community-based organizations with their design of youth engagement and youth leadership frameworks to explicitly include components of identity affirmation, healthy social-emotional development, project-based and service learning models.

Facilitate.
We design and facilitate experiential and capacity building trainings with explicit focus on promoting cultural and racial literacy. Our expertise in fostering safe spaces, mindful listening and dialogue, support participants under a no-judgement zone as they interact with sensitive topics such as implicit bias, systemic racism, dynamics of power and oppression and cultural competence.

CASE STUDY: Organizations request trainings for their leadership teams and/or staff to work on understanding implicit bias and dynamics of systemic racism under “non-blaming” attributions and with solution focused strategies that meaningfully engage organizational staff and multiple stakeholders as everyone works to advance the organization’s mission.
