Equity, Diversity and Inclusion 

Dr. Rojas works with businesses and non-profit organizations to develop and implement strategies to manage and leverage Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) practices effectively. Her expertise supports organizations in developing effective strategic plans to improve outcomes supported through inclusionary practices and diverse talent management.
